RENTAL RULES

1.-All the prices are subject to 5% GST & 7% PST.

2.- Renter must be at least 20 years of age & hold a valid driver's license.

3.- A $150 deposit is taken for a day rental. $450 deposit is taken for more than a day at the time of reservation. Deposits are not refundable.

4.- A $1,000 deposit is taken at the time of departure. The renter will be responsible for all damages up to & including the $1,000 deductible.

5.- Under no circumstances will the boat be taken down the Little River into the Little Shuswap Lake.

6.- There will be absolutely no beaching of the boat unless there is an emergency.

7.- At managements discretion - Boats returned in an unclean condition will be charged an additional $50 clean up fee as a courtesy to our next renter.

8.- NO PETS allowed on board the rental boats.

9.- Boats will only be held until 1hour after the booked time of the rental.

10.- The party may not exceed the maximum capacity of the boat or the number of lifejackets you have on board.
